Founded in 1967, Nuss & Farmer, P.A. is the successor to Van Sickle, Nuss & Farmer.
Both Larry D. Nuss and Robert L. Farmer have been actively involved in the general practice of law since graduating from law school.

Born in New York, New York, March 24, 1941; admitted to bar, 1967, Kansas. Preparatory and legal education, Washburn University of Topeka (B.B.A., 1964; J.D., 1967). Fraternity: Phi Alpha Delta, Municipal Judge, Fort Scott, 1969-75, Member: Bourbon County (President, 1996-97). Kansas and American Bar Associations, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Larry D. Nuss
Born in Fort Scott, Kansas, May 18, 1947; admitted to bar, 1972, Kansas. Preparatory education, Pittsburg State University (B.S.B.A., 1969); legal education, University of Kansas (J.D., 1972). Fraternity: Phi Alpha Delta. City Attorney, Fort Scott, 1975-. Member: Bourbon County, Kansas (Family Law Section, 1990-91) and American Bar Associations: Kansas Trial Lawyers Association: City Attorneys Association (President, 1985-86).City Attorneys Association Board (2001-2006)
